Generally speaking, we'll be unable to provide customer support for issues relating to an Intuit service after your data has been deleted from that service. In certain exception situations – usually related to services you received prior to the deletion of your data that tend to generate follow-up interactions – we may be able to assist you. For example, if you were a user of QuickBooks and you receive a chargeback related to a payments transaction processed before your deletion request, or a tax form related to payroll services provided during the prior tax year, then we'll try our best to resolve issues that arise from this trailing activity.
